There is packet pickup on Friday, August 16 from 3-6pm location is TBD. Yes, you can pickup for friends. No, this isn't required. You can pickup on race morning too. To wit:

On race day, there is bib pickup starting just after 7am at the Start.

Will there be beer? What else will be at the finish?

There will be post-race beer for racers over 21 years of age as well as non-alcoholic beer and other drinks like bubbly water and soda pop. There will also be post-race treats including Bellwether Farms yogurt and fruit.

Your race registration allows you to also enjoy beer from our Beer City Festival brewers as they load in and setup. Beer tasting for runners goes until 12pm.

Can my friends drink with me after my run?

Sure! You can buy a Buddy Pass at check out that allows your friend or friends to join you from 9:45am until 12pm.

Is admission to Beer City Festival on Saturday afternoon included?

Want to keep drinking until the afternoon? Want to see what other brewers might show up? Purchase a Second Shift Ticket at checkout. This allows you to drink from 12pm - 3pm. The Second Shift pass comes with a Beer City Festival wristband and give you all the privileges that come with Festival registration. It also allows you to come and go, as well, in case you want to go home and take a nap.

You can purchase Second Shift passes for your friends, too.

Where do I park?

Parking is available at Quarry Lakes. Unfortunately, it costs $6. Time to carpool!

What's the Top Dog Dash about?

The Top Dog Dash is a 1 mile run for you and your dog. It's also a fundraiser for Pets in Need during National Clear the Shelters Month. All proceeds from the Top Dog Dash go to Pets in Need. All racers and their dogs get Beer City Hero capes!

What's the Beer Stroll about?

It's a stroll with beer. We have found that folks come with friends who want a taste of beer and something to do. So we send you off with a taste of beer. You walk a mile. You have more beer. It's fun! You also get the same schwag as your over-achieving front or spouse who's running the full race. You don't have to be over 21 to take part in the Beer Stroll. Only if you want the beer part.

What's your refund and transfer policy?

You can defer or transfer your race registration at any time up to race day. Here's a video that shows you how. We don't offer cash refunds, though. We offer inexpensive race insurance instead.
